paleo coverHere it is!!!

My new Paleo eBook “A Primal Year in Recipes”

In recent years, new lifestyle buzzwords have proliferated: paleo, primal, whole30, caveman, keto, clean eating, LCHF, the list goes on. Endless rules and regulations about what to eat and what NOT to eat.

I have been following the Paleo lifestyle  for over two years now and it has gained a quite a huge following recently.

It is often scrutinised, misrepresented, and misunderstood. It’s about focusing on eating whole, unprocessed foods like vegetables, fruit, grass-fed meat, free range poultry, eggs, fish, nuts and seeds. Some people choose to eat dairy, I do not.

Grains, legumes and refined sugars are avoided as these foods impact insulin sensitivity, impair gut health, and are said to cause negative inflammatory effects.

The Paleo diet includes plenty of healthy fats like olive oil, macadamia oil, coconut oil, coconut milk, avocados, butter, oily fish, meat, nuts and seeds.

Paleo is about eating REAL, unprocessed foods that are nourishing and healthy. There is no one-size-fits-all Paleo diet and there is no right or wrong. It’s about YOUR needs, YOUR body type and YOUR sensitivities. This ebook is the result of 2 years of playing and experimenting in the kitchen. I prove that eating Paleo need not be confining OR boring, in fact really YUMMY and healthy! The recipes are designed to work with your Thermomix machine but can easily be adapted to conventional means. There are 50 recipes from drinks & snacks, to BREADS and & mains. And of course, all grain free, sugar-free and dairy free too.

The book is in easy PDF format and can be purchased for $17.00 Get yours today!!
