Brioche dough ready for the oven

So last class was gluten-free. …..  The next Clever Cook class is gluten-full! (Full of the bad stuff – white flour, white sugar, booze and gluttony!)

If you have not had a chance to try my Poppy seed brioche, now is the time to come and learn how.

In the Baking with Yeast class, being held on Wednesday night 7th March, we are making: Basic whole grain rolls, Rum Baba with a twist, Spinach & Chilli Boule, Maple Syrup butter and of course, Poppy Seed Brioche.

The class runs from 6.00pm – 8.00pm and will be lots of fun – as usual – book your place now!
