Pears for Pear & Almond Tart

There are still a few places left for the Clever Cook Baking class on Thursday 9th February at 6.00pm. In this class we are going to learn how to make a fabulous 10 second shortcrust pastry and turn it into a Pear and Almond Tart. We are going to make a cappucino sorbet, my Nanna’s Anzac biscuits and my famous Chocolate Banana Cake! (This sinful cake has an almost equal chocolate/flour ratio).
