A Year in Recipes ebook
Finally it’s ready!! My ebook “A Year in Recipes” to add to your collection. This book is filled with a selection of recipes that I have taught during last year in my popular clevercook cooking classes in my home in Brisbane and there are, of course, some recipes from this blog.
My lovely clevercook class students have been asking me to put my recipes down in an easy format for them to refer to and here it is! They are designed to work with your Thermomix machine but could be adapted to conventional means. There is a selection of recipes from ice-cream to soups, to entrée’s, starters & mains. And of course, there are sweet things too. There is also a gluten-free section but I have left out my Paleo & grain free recipes for another book!! Have you tried my Carrot & Tahini soup or my Magic Bean cake yet?
My recipes for Indian Masala curry and Poppy seed Brioche are in this book too! You will find many recipes here that are not on this blog AND MORE!!!
As you know, I am not a professional chef, merely a keen cook and mum; juggling work, home and my stomach! I have always loved to cook and eat (or is it eat & cook!) so I hope you enjoy my modest foray in cyber-print. The recipes in this book are fail proof and easy, use your discretion when it comes to seasoning as I don’t use a lot of salt, and some people do. Also, in my efforts to reduce my sugar intake, I use minimal sugar in my recipes, so if you like your sugar, taste and adjust as you go.
